In this role, you will be responsible for hunting new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with potential clients within the HR, Supply Chain, and Logistics verticals. As a Sales Executive, you will have control over your paycheck and the industry you target, allowing you to unleash your entrepreneurial spirit and drive your own success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and cold calling within the HR, Supply Chain, and Logistics verticals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- 1 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a hunting role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

The anticipated salary for this position is $50,000 unless outlined below. This position includes an incentive program that may include bonus and/or commission.
Anticipated Salary:
California – $64,480
Colorado – $50,008
New York City; Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester Counties - $58,500
New York- All Other Locations - $55,341
Washington - $65,478
