Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the P&L statement, monitoring revenue, costs, and expenses.
- Develop financial forecasts and budgetary plans to support the company's growth objectives.
- Lead the global consolidation process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial results for multiple entities.
- Implement best practices for financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks impacting the business.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
- Understand and analyze manufacturing costs, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with operations teams to optimize inventory levels and cost efficiencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Extensive experience in global consolidation for multiple entities.
- Previous experience working in manufacturing and inventory-based companies is essential.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, supply chain, and inventory management.
- Advanced financial modeling and data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Compensation:
$165,000-$180,000
