Technical Sales Representative

 

LHH is proactively recruiting for a customer service representative in Randolph, NJ. If you love to talk and love to help, look no further. This role is a direct hire, and looking for people who go above and beyond for their customers.

 

Responsibility:

  • Can handle heavy call volume
  • Can assist with customer needs
  • Creating relationships and trust with customer accounts
  • Assist with customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Logs customer interaction, customer accounts, and file documents

    • Qualifications:

  • Highly organized
  • Great communication skills
  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH ERP!
  • Customer service representative at least 1-2 years

    • Education:

  • H.S. Diploma
  • E. Type: Direct Hire
  • Salary: $50-55,000
