Title Clerk
LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a full-time Title Clerk to complete the transfer of titles for leases/loans for one of its growing clients. This position is located in Mason, OH and will be temp to hire. Qualified candidates will have at least a year of relative experience along with string communication skills and intermediate Microsoft Excel. Pay will be contingent upon experience and education.
Possibility for Hybrid work after 6 months of employment.
Responsibilities:Navigate titles laws in All States, which includes tax title and documents along with state compliance requirements for the DMV
Work with Lenders on obtaining title releases on transaction that have been paid in full
Complete special projects as required by Manager
Requirements:Prior experience preferred
Notary license preferred but not required
Excellent customer service skills
Must be a team player but also able to work independently
Must be detail oriented
Exceptional organization skills, the ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
