- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patients' vital signs and response to treatments, adjusting care plans as necessary
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including nursing assessments, care plans, and progress notes
- Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure patient safety and compliance with standards of care
- This is a travel position that may require relocation and flexibility in the work schedule
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as a RN in good standing without limitations
- Minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience as a RN post-orientation or post-residency training
- Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
- Other REQUIRED cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications (ACLS, NRP, PALS, etc.) are unit specific
- BSN degree preferred
- National Certification in Clinical Specialty preferred
- Other preferred RN attributes are unit specific
