Job Title: eShop Timekeeping Specialist
Location: Rocky Mount, NC
Shift: 1st shift - 7am - 3pm (Overtime and Weekend hours are required)

- Monitor help desk inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses to questions related to orders.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of Global Order Management processes.
- Develop and implement standard work procedures to streamline order management processes.
- Validate and process software orders according to company guidelines.
- Review customer operations to identify areas for optimization and process improvement.
- Manage product transitions efficiently to minimize disruptions to customers.
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of experience in Material Management
- Excellent presentation skills
- Familiarity with Experion hardware and software products is desired
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Previous experience in materials management is advantageous
- SAP experience is preferred
