Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic and Tactical Management: Collaborate with the Vice President of Supply Chain to align with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and deliver key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Process Improvement: Implement improvements to enhance throughput and quality.
- Daily Operations Oversight: Manage daily activities of direct reports, monitor employee morale, and ensure high job satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the distribution team, fostering a culture of safety and quality.
- Budget Management: Monitor departmental budgets and ensure expenditures align with company guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory at all locations, including Eugene and remote third-party warehouses.
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to implement process improvements and manage budgets effectively.
- Knowledge of inventory management
