Position - Overview
The primary goal of a True Designs Account Manager, Omni is to facilitate the profitable digital and physical shelf growth of our business in all product categories, strengthen relationships within their respective accounts and drive new business through implementation of new company strategies and cultivation of current customers. This role requires cross-functional alignment with sales, creative, order management and logistics teams to grow the Digital & Physical Shelf presence of the company’s Brands.
Responsibilities Include
· Deliver sales targets by implementing agreed strategies, prioritizing opportunities for quick growth, and creating strong partnership with Buyers / Vendor Managers
· Audit websites on a regular basis to ensure products are live, variant links products are displaying as planned. Identify opportunities for potential enhancements.
· Maintain a promotional calendar of sale events and submit before deadlines. Conduct post promotional analysis to draw conclusions for future events strategies
· Coordinate strategic meetings for future new product launches and placements
· Review and update programs with each customer accounts on a yearly basis
· Collaborate with corporate legal team to update and finalize sales agreement addendums and on-board new accounts
· Communicate between corporate finance team and customers on balances and payments
· Assist in maintaining customer relationships and business development opportunities
· Communicate with Account Executives and Product Verticals to identify opportunities for new SKUs
· Conduct merchandising and pricing exercises with China team to reach targeted costs
· Lead in meeting preparation and samples coordination
· Communicate and coordinate import/export activities and logistics with teams overseas
· Maintain Excel spreadsheets with product information, pricing and inventory information
· Communicate the needs of the accounts to the teams in China via daily e-mail and weekly conference calls, which could include material selection, design modifications, sample requests, sourcing, pricing, delivery times and inventory information, etc.
· Communicate with the Graphics team in Irvine regarding marketing materials
· Travel domestically and internationally (minimal travel required).
· This position requires communication and cooperation amongst all departments and includes communications with the China office at various hours of the day.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of managing retailer portals such as Target, Macy’s, and others
- Familiarity with PIM solutions. Salsify experience highly regarded
- Familiarity with data visualization dashboards such as Power BI highly regarded
- Strong analytic skills, including experience with Advanced Excel functions
- Must have strong time management and organizational skills
- Be able to collaborate with other departments within the division
- Inventory management experience a plus
- Intermediate to advanced MS office skills
- Be able to implement and execute the digital shelf
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
