As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

We are offering our new team member a full time position with full benefits as well as a competitive salary with commissions. We are looking for someone to grow with us!   • Meeting and greeting prospective and current residents
  • Showing apartments
  • New Construction lease ups
  • Taking residential applications
  • Following up with work orders
  • Delivering notices
  • Performing move-ins
  • Daily grounds inspection
  • Collecting rents
  • Monthly market analysis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
