What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative position at Liberty Defense Group?
Liberty Defense Group is looking for a sales representative to be responsible for generating leads, securing new contracts, and meeting company sales goals.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be self-motivated, possess an understanding of the sales process and be extremely organized.
COMPENSATION:
- Depending on experience, base commission $100,000-$150,000
- Flexible schedule

SALES RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generating leads
- Presenting to potential clients in-person
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Weekly brief in Staff Meeting of potential leads and targets
- Coordinating sales efforts with the needs of the company
- Understanding the various sales opportunities within LDG
- Visiting current clients and potential clients to evaluate their needs
- Maintaining a record of clients contact, name and date contacted (CRM)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Previous sales experience desired
- Understand the business development process
- Commitment to LDG’s growth and excellent customer service
- Excellent verbal & written skills
- Communication is imperative with clients and management
- Strong interpersonal skills: including the ability to quickly build rapport with clients
- Competency in Microsoft Office
Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
