Human Resources Generalist

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our company and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions.

Duties:
- Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including sourcing, job postings, interviewing for management level positions, doing background checks and E-Verify of new hires.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for employee retention and engagement
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management processes
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, OSHA regulations, and company policies for multiple states
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Communicate and engage with employees and customers over the phone to help answer and resolve any issues

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current employment laws for multiple states
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Must be proficient in multi-line phone systems and Microsoft Office products including email
- Pre-employment background check and valid Driver's License
