In this role, you will work with fellow team members to create, schedule, and execute test plans against projects in concert with Agile/SCRUM development cycles. You will work on exciting projects with deadlines that have to be met, and a variety of technology stacks. Candidates must be team players, with ability to work with minimal supervision. You will have to be passionate about learning and expanding your skills and focusing on new ways optimize the software testing practice and capabilities.
As an established Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be expected to compose test cases, thoroughly test software applications, and report test results to the development team. Experience with test automation processes is a big plus. The candidate should possess great attention to detail and capability to estimate QA level of effort on client requests

Requirements
Required Experience
- 2 years of experience with QA functional responsibilities and technical domain
- 2 years of experience with web, mobile, accessibility, and cross-browser testing
- 1 years of experience with QA test management tools - Jira preferred
- Clear, professional communication skills including the ability to express technical and non-technical concepts to internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent time management skills for yourself and others
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are a must
- Experience with logging defects, conducting defect triage, and ability to become an SME of the system and business process domain
- Local to Philadelphia region preferred
- Agency / consulting experience is preferred
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Test automation experience is a big plus
- Experience with at least one of the following test frameworks is a big plus: Selenium, Cucumber, Silk Test, Xamarin.UITest, XCUITest, Espresso, TestComplete, Litmus
- Experience with API testing using Postman or Soap UI
- Familiarity with source control systems such as Bitbucket, GitLab, GitHub is a big plus
- Healthcare industry experience
- ScrumMaster certification/experience
- Basic understanding of XML, JSON, HTML, and SQL is a big plus
- Experience with CI tools (Jenkins, TeamCity, GitLab)
