Position Overview:
As a Rod Pump Technical Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by engaging with key clients and offering technical expertise on our products. Your primary focus will be on account management and sales to regional engineering and supply chain personnel. In this role, you will leverage your technical proficiency to deliver compelling presentations, provide tear down reports, and facilitate discussions around technical rod design (not required but would a bonus).
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with regional engineering and supply chain personnel in the oil and gas sector.
- Utilize your technical understanding of Rod Pumps and sucker rods to effectively communicate product benefits and address customer needs.
- Deliver engaging technical presentations that showcase the value and advantages of our solutions.
- Prepare tear down reports and offer technical insights to assist clients in optimizing their operations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical sales, preferably within the Artificial Lift industry
- Proven track record in account management and successful sales to regional engineering and supply chain personnel.
- Strong technical understanding of Rod Pumps and sucker rods, allowing you to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Experience in delivering technical presentations that effectively convey product features and benefits.
- Experience with tear down reports and technical rod design is a bonus, though not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients.
