- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related.
- Registered in NY preferred.
- Ability to oversee Project Managers and Project Architects.
- Significant years on one or more projects-commercial, retail, schools, healthcare, civic, etc.
- Can take a project from start to finish in a team setting.
- Responsible for technical resolution and coordination of a project.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or revit.
- Exceptional client interaction skills.
- Project Architect capabilities-CDs, SDs, and DDs.
- Ability to add a creative flair to new projects.
- Team player and excellent communication skills.
