Purpose
The Manager, Organizational Change Management is responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies for Customer First Transformation projects to drive faster adoption, higher utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees across the organization. This role will focus on changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures, and ensure employees are prepared to adopt to the new ways of working. In this role you will develop and maintain strong partnerships with project teams, communications functions, senior leadership, and stakeholders, providing ongoing change advice, support, guidance, and tools to these groups to help them integrate change engagement activities into their work to effect successful change.

Accountabilities
- OCM lead dedicated to end users groups to develop OCM plan for utility or business area to execute OCM actions aligned with the overall OCM strategy for the Transformation program.
- Facilitate change impact workshops to identify change impacts to the business.
- Create impact analysis to demonstrate understanding the level of impact, roles impacted and risk to the business.
- Develop strategies to manage the change impacts through the duration of the projects.
- Complete stakeholder analysis and create recommendations to drive the engagement of stakeholders.
- Identify communication requirements and audiences.
- Create communication content, capturing relevant information to end users in a clear and concise manner.
- Create and execute communication plans.
- Create engagement plans to target all levels of end users including executives.
- Collaborate with the resources in the business to understand change and develop action plans to mitigate the changes.
- Develop and implement sustainment plans.
- In partnership with the training manager develop training strategy.
- Develop the business understanding of the role of change management.
- Facilitate change leadership and change resiliency training.
- Coach project managers and leads on change management activities as required
- Develop relationships with senior leaders on the project and in the business area of the project.
- Travel up to 50% required
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree along with 3-5 years of work experience in change management and/or organizational design areas such as communications, training and support, human resources and leadership engagement.
- Excellent communication, team facilitation and presentation skills for an executive level audience with the confidence and ability to concisely and clearly communicate in a compelling manner.
- Experience in working with people and building relationships is key.
- Credibility leading, supporting or managing large scale change efforts and projects.
- Excellent communicator and effective leadership style with strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills. Strong analytic and decision making abilities.
- This role will require OCM strategy & transformation experience-SAP experience preferred #LI-MC1
