Job Description:
Lice Clinics of America – Midsouth, the National Franchisee of the Year, is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Representative for Institutional Accounts. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales of two key product/service offerings throughout our five-state region. You will follow the sale from inception to completed delivery to ensure elite levels of customer satisfaction. Once sold you will work with clients to meet their reorder needs, maximizing sales at every opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and drive business
Prospect and qualify potential customers and their budgeting process
Market our OneCure System to schools throughout the 5-state region
Market our Institutional Lice Protection Plans to schools, daycares, tribes, and state institutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure elite satisfaction and repeat business
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer account management within the 5-state region
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
Oversee the quality of all products and services delivered to your clients
Collaborate with Clinic Managers, Director, and Owner to coordinate service delivery and address customer needs
Continuously work with clients to ensure they have adequate product and training in order to maximize repeat sales
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement
Requirements
Previous experience in sales, preferably in school or institutional sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing capabilities
Must be detail oriented to be successful and deliver on our promise of elite customer service
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Office, and CRM softwares
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must complete a Meyers Briggs Personality Assessment
Must complete a drug test and background check
