Retail Shift Managers Needed -Licking and Knox Counties

Pay : $11.85 hour
Full and Part-Time Positions Available depending on Retail location needs!

DUTIES :
- Assist Store Manager or Manager in Charge with specific duties as well as all other functions associated with operating a store.
- Daily store operations include sorting donations, pricing and displaying products, maintaining sales records, and processing clothing requisitions.
- Supervise employees.
- Ensure quality control standards.
- Complete required training with employees.
AVAILABILITY :
- Work all shifts including evenings and weekends.
- Shifts vary based on store needs.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Valid Ohio driver’s license and be able to meet driving standards.
- Have the physical ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, twist, stoop, squat, and reach as required to complete the job. Be able to lift / carry up to 50 lbs.
- Learn to refill Propane tanks at some locations.
