As front-line ambassador to our clients, Customer Service Representatives handle the day-to-day servicing of customers and help provide a top-notch level of service. In this role, you will work as a liaison between the customers and the insurance companies to answer questions and find an appropriate solution to their needs. This person will also be responsible for administrative tasks such as answering the phones, sending mail-outs and maintaining the file room.
Qualifications
- Ability to answer multiple phone lines and direct client traffic accordingly.
- Positive and professional attitude.
- Possession of a Texas Personal Lines Property & Casualty license is preferred.
- If unlicensed, the successful completion of the Texas Personal Lines Property & Casualty licensing exam is required.
