Qualifications:

• Job Coaches must be able to work Monday - Friday @ 9am-3pm. Occasionally available for evenings from 2:30pm-8:30pm

• Experience preferred in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
• Able to perform physical demands of the job
• Valid MO Drivers License
• Able to pass background screening and drug test
• High School Diploma / GED / Hi-Set
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be at least 18 years of age

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Job Coaches provide daily guidance and encouragement towards our clients with developmental disability to succeed in a work setting.
• Job Coaches perform assigned tasks alongside clients such as: Housekeeping, Mowing, Weedeating, Landscaping, Construction, Event setup, Coffee Roasting, Gardening, Washing dishes in commercial kitchen.
• Job Coaches ensure daily assigned tasks are completed and expectations of the jobs are met.
• Job Coaches document tasks that have been completed with their client.
• Job Coaches must be able to manage their own timesheet consistently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.30 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
