Job Description: *
Administer 9 non-diagnostic annual screenings per day to public safety personnel.
APRN needs strong leadership skills to help guide team through daily exams. Must be able to work with a team as well as interact professionally with patients and client’s Head of Department.
Requirements
Must be able to provide a general health exam, will be shown how to administer vision and hearing screenings. Should be comfortable with giving all general lab work results and guidance for abnormalities. Should be familiar with general cardiology and pulmonology. Expected to work closely with Ultrasound Sonographer and Exercise Physiologist to deliver ultrasound organ and cardiac/pulmonary findings to patient and department heads when applicable. Expected to learn all guidelines in NFPA 1582 & 1583 (this will be provided to each new hire) in order to analyze screening results appropriately.

Education:
- Master's degree (MSN) required
- Nationally Certified as a Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner.
- At least 3 years’ experience as an RN or 3 years’ experience as APRN
