The Lead Manager must demonstrate the highest performance in store management and in the coaching and mentoring of their fellow team members. To provide leadership, guidance and professionalism to their fellow SMs and ASMs.
1. Participate in training of new personnel as directed by Area Manager, in accordance with the Store Team Onboarding program.
2. Participate in training of existing personnel as directed by Area Manager, in accordance with the Store Team Onboarding program.
3. Assist Area Managers with selecting training locations.
4. Have a strong working knowledge of, and proficiency in, LevelUp, LifeOS and other LS tools.
5. Gather data and prepare reports for Area Manager at Area Manager’s discretion.
6. Administer the requirements set forth in store policies and procedures
7. Adhere to the guidelines set forth in the Human Resource Handbook and Policy Manual.
8. Prepare the required evaluations of employees and other directed assessments.
9. Maintain a positive working relationship with Area Manager.
10. Schedule personnel as required for office and maintenance coverage.
11. Occasional travel required.
12. Perform other tasks as assigned for the successful operation of the company.
