Position Summary
The Corporate Receptionist provides administrative support at the front desk of Life Time's corporate building.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Answers switchboard in a courteous, timely and efficient manner
- Directs calls to appropriate extensions or departments
- Greets guests, visitors and employees
- Maintains lobby appearance
- Signs for incoming deliveries, Sorts and delivers external and interoffice mail
- Performs other assigned duties
Position Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Requirements
- One year receptionist experience
