What are the responsibilities and job description for the Membership Consultant position at Life Time?
Position Summary
The Membership Consultant, working and collaborating in a team environment, is responsible for inspiring, educating and informing all digital based prospective members from first contact to scheduling a club visit and/or completing the membership.
This position is expected to work 36 hours per week. The 36 hours will be worked over four (4) days.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Acts as first point of contact through the Life Time website via multiple communication methods (including live chat, email & phones), engaging in a timely and professional manner that exemplifies our Brand and Mission Statement.
Effectively leverages our Customer Relationship Management system to collect and maintain accurate customer profiles
Executes thorough lead follow up cadences via email and phone
Builds and maintains positive relationships with Team Members in Membership Services and at various Life Time destinations
Helps identify trends in customer behaviors, reactions and responses to share with the leadership team for continued improvement towards a functional and user-friendly website
Position Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
2 years of sales experience
Preferred Requirements
Some college coursework in a related field
