About the Role
A Candle Consultant is a versatile team member that facilitates meaningful candlemaking experiences, supports retail/market sales, and assists with the candlemaking process from start to finish. At Lifebloom, you are not an employee, you are a team member. Our team takes direction, shows initiative, and adapts to business needs. As a Candle Consultant, you will:
- Facilitate engaging Candle Bar experiences
- Drive sales at our retail shop and outdoor markets
- Assist with pouring, sanding and sealing concrete vessels
- Assist with wicking, pouring, and topping candles
- Label and package products
- Assist with shipping orders
- Manage inventory
- Support on Operations and Marketing initiatives
- Keep work spaces organized and clean
- Identify ways to improve creative and production processes
Qualifications for the role include:
- Interest in being a part of a fast growing small business team
- Strong attention to detail
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Independent, self-starter
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
- 1 year of retail experience not required, but preferred
- 1 year of production/manufacturing experience not required, but preferred
- Availability Wed-Sun, 11AM-6PM, 21-35 hours per week available
- High School diploma/GED or higher

The Candle Consultant role is available for part-time hours, 21-35 hours week. Opportunity for full-time hours is available.
