Position: Group Home Worker (Must be at least 21 Years Old)
Openings in: Templeton, MA
Schedule: All Shift Available, Part Time & Full Time!
Pay: $18/Hour plus an Excellent Benefits Package
Work Environment: Group Home for Adults with Developmental Disabilities

What Does a Group Home Worker Do?
- Provide supervision and mentoring to clients, including role modeling appropriate behaviors
- Teach daily living skills, meal preparation and participate in recreational & social activities
- Help improve client’s social skills, interpersonal skills, life and coping skills through the development of respectful & positive relationships
- Be a positive role model to help shape growth and build trust
- Be their first line of support to provide emotional stability
