What Does a Team Leader Do?
- Assists the Program Manager in areas related to supervision and general operation of the residential program. This individual is designated as the emergency on-call supervisor in the absence of the Program Manager.
- Coordinates and supervises daily programmatic functions including supervision of staff, upkeep of the residence, and implementation of all aspects of individual treatment plans.
- Ensures that client records are maintained in accordance with regulations and LifeConnection's policies and procedures.
- Oversees the development and implementation of skill development, treatment plan goals, ISP objectives, and all other aspects of residential programming.
- Participates in the orientation and training of all new employees.
- Evaluates staff’s performance and provides on-going supervision to all staff.
- Participates in the Emergency On-Call system as needed.
- Ensures all Human Rights activities and initiatives are implemented.

Hiring Requirements:
· At least 2 years related experience.
· Valid driver's license required.
· Authorized to work in the United States (Required)
· Satisfactory completion of background screening and applicable pre-employment checks.
