Summary :
Performs daily accounts payable activities such as auditing invoices, credit card expenses and personal reimbursement expenses.
Performs a variety of tasks, such as balancing and reconciliation of different reports. Specialize in one area of the accounts payable function.
Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Responsibilities :
- Review invoices submitted for payment for accuracy, adequate support, correct coding and proper authorization.
- Review employee credit card transactions, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
- Specialize and responsible for one area of the accounts payable function.
- Performs accurate data entry into Solomon software system.
- Basic clerical duties associated with accounts payable.
Requirements :
- Must be extremely accurate and detailed oriented.
- Must be well organized.
- Must have strong customer skills.
- Full cycle (high level) Accounts Payable Coord and accounts receivable experience preferred.
Working Condition :
Pleasant work environment. Work may require extended hours during peak administrative periods. Workstation equipped with the necessary tools to perform the various functions of the position.
