**Job Title: Hospice Chaplain - Lifelong Hospice Care Inc.**

**Location: Canoga Park, CA (Office) | Operations Primarily in Camarillo, CA**

Lifelong Hospice Care Inc. is actively seeking dedicated Hospice Chaplains to join our team and provide spiritual support to our patients in the Camarillo, CA area.

**Position Overview:**

As a Hospice Chaplain at Lifelong Hospice Care Inc., you will play a crucial role in providing spiritual care and emotional support to our patients and their families during their end-of-life experiences. You will be responsible for conducting evaluations and follow-up visits, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of holistic care.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct spiritual assessments and evaluations for patients in the Camarillo, CA area.

- Provide compassionate and culturally sensitive spiritual care to patients and their families.

- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to address the emotional and spiritual needs of patients.

- Offer grief support and counseling as needed.

- Document all interactions and interventions accurately.

**Qualifications:**

- Experience as a Hospice Chaplain.

- Completion of a Master's degree in Divinity, Theology, or a related field.

- Certification or licensure as a Chaplain preferred.

- Demonstrated understanding of hospice philosophy and the unique needs of individuals at the end of life.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Compensation:**

- $100 per evaluation

- $80 per follow-up visit
