LMHC/LCSW Needed for busy private practice

Lifespan Services Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Mental Health Counselor to join our team. The Clinical Social Worker/Mental Health Counselor will provide psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, families and adults in the community.

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK TWO EVENING PER A WEEK AND TWO FRIDAYS A MONTH.

Prefer credentialed with insurances or in process and have Medicaid and/or Medicare number.

We handle scheduling, referrals and billing.

It is a 1099 position.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each client.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to provide evidence-based treatment for each client.
• Maintain accurate documentation of each client’s progress.
• Participate in case management and other activities associated with the delivery of psychotherapy services.
• Provide consultation services to other therapists, parents, and professionals in the community.
• Participate in training and continuing education opportunities related to the field of behavioral health.

Desired Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Psychology from an accredited college or university with a current, unrestricted license as a LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).
• Experience working with children, adolescents, families, and families with children in a private practice setting.
• Experience providing individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents.
• Experience working with families of children and adolescents, including understanding of their concerns, identifying appropriate interventions, and providing appropriate support during treatment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour
