Position at Lifespark
Birchwood Health Care Center, a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community, is looking for dedicated and passionate CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistant)/ TMAs to join our growing team.
Birchwood Health Care Centeris home to seniors requiring TCU (Transitional Care Unit) Care and Long-Term Care. We are in Forest Lake, near North Shore Dr and Forest Lake. We have been helping seniorsAge Magnificentlysince 1979 and are part of Senior Care Communities, a local non-profit supporting seniors.
Location: 604 NE First Street, Forest Lake MN 55125
CNA Wage:$21-$26 depending on years of experience.
TMA Wage: $22-$27 depending on years of experience.
Shifts available: Full-time or Part-Time, AMs, PMs, or NOCs.
Sign-On Bonus Available: $1,000 for FT and $500 for PT

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:
- CNA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
- Completion of MN CNA program and active on MN registry.
- Strong interest in healthcare.
- Positive, compassionate attitude.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
