Residential Service Worker (RSW) is Equivalent to Direct Support Professional (DSP) & Direct Service Worker (DSW)

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to assist individuals with intellectual disabilities with day-today tasks, including, but not limited to:

• Maintain the safety of our consumers.
• Plan and attend activities and other creative ideas to engage with our consumers (shopping, local events, etc.).
• Help our consumers with cooking and household duties.
• Assisting with our consumer’s hygiene and overall well-being.
• Helping consumers to lead a more independent lifestyle.
• Complete documentation such as shift reports, incident reports, and other required documentation.
• Maintain confidential information pertaining to our consumers.

Work Life Balance

• 3-4 days off per week with our Block Schedules.
• 36 work hours for one week and 48 hours the next week (12-Hour Shifts)
• Comprehensive Paid Training

Requirements:

· Valid PA Driver’s License

· Highschool Diploma or Equivalent (Diploma or GED)
