Job Posting for SUD Clinical Supervisor at Lifeways Inc
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (This is not an exhaustive list of all duties/responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned)
Provide and deliver evidence-based services and support for individuals with alcohol/drug addictions, co-occurring disorders, ASAM.
Provide oversight on outcome and program performance measures.
Assist clinicians with their professional development planning.
Meet with clinicians at least 2 hrs./mo., with 1 hr. of in-person contact.
Observe treatment (including individual and group) and provide constructive feedback.
Write comprehensive reports each month (including file review, face time with each clinician, and treatments observed). Possibility of carrying a caseload of clients as needed.
Review referrals.
Observe, supervise, and assist clinicians on duty.
Ensure staff are oriented to the requirements of the day-to-day details of the job.
Ensure shifts are efficiently staffed.
Attend and/or facilitate meetings.

Required:
CADC-II certification
4 years’ experience in the mental health, behavioral, and/or alcohol and drug counseling
2-3 years’ clinical supervisory experience
Valid CPR certification or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
Valid driver’s license
Must pass a criminal background check
Covid-19 Vaccine information or exception (medical or religious)
