The Program Manager/BCBA is responsible for overseeing program development and staff training for their clients. The Program Manager/BCBA will assess, develop, and monitor behavior and treatment plan implementation based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. You will manage a small caseload of children and lead a team of ABA Therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians who will be responsible for implementing the treatment plans you develop for each child.
Important Note: Will undergo a background and drug test at time of hire. Position requires you to have or be in a program to complete your BCBA.
