What You'll Do:
\nAt Lighthouse Autism Center, BCBAs play a vital role in our clients' outcomes by designing/overseeing treatment packages and staff training for their caseload. As a BCBA, you will assess, develop, and monitor behavior protocols and skill acquisition goals based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis for a small caseload of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Additionally, you will lead a team of highly trained ABA Therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians who are responsible for carrying out the programs/protocols you have designed for each of your clients. BCBAs are also involved in decision making for the building and assist with management of staff.

If you are pursuing your BCBA credential and looking for supervision, please reach out! We have a wonderful training program with a stellar success rate of our team passing their BCBA examination on the first attempt!
