Your opportunity We’re looking for a Production Worker to join our Modification Shop in Elk Grove Village, IL. You’ll be responsible for assembling and modifying light fixtures. What you’ll do Transform semi-finished goods into finished lighting products Operate safely and in accordance with work instructions as well as operational procedures Maintain a clean workspace Meet production requirements Actively participate in continuous improvements initiatives What you’ll need High school diploma or GED preferred Previous experience in a manufacturing site performing production or assembly Ability to frequently lift 25 lbs and stand for 8 hours Ability to work from 7am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday along with OT as needed Excellent attendance record Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs What you’ll get in return… We’re offering multiple opportunities for career development, like mentoring, coaching and stretch assignments, with strong international exposure for dynamic profiles.
