Premier real estate investment firm seeking a super sharp, rock star negotiation specialist that can produce results and close deals over the phone.
Employment Type: Full Time
Compensation: $60,000 to $150,000 Annually (commission based)
Here's who you are: Detail oriented, diligent, reliable, incredibly friendly ,so friendly it would be hard to stop speaking with you! Driven by commission and the need to close a sale. Intuitively good with numbers and basic accounting, but no accounting degree necessary. Previous lead and database management experience a plus. You should be comfortable with technology and able to pick up new systems quickly!
Roles and Responsibilities:
✦ Talk to Sellers over the Phone and negotiate to Buy the Property
✦ Build rapport with the sellers to overcome objections to get the deal signed
✦ Make calls to develop new leads
✦ Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects.
✦ Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially
✦ Must use the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed
Qualifications:
✦ Proven track record of successful negotiations with sellers
✦ Ability to keep a job and meet or exceed sales goals
✦ Reliable vehicle to drive to and from appointments
✦ Confidence talking to someone you are meeting the first time like you have been lifelong friends

For every 100 homes that are sold in United States about 5 of them do not follow the traditional “list it with a Realtor” route. The reasons for this are varied – property not inhabitable, estate property, property has not been remodeled in many years and is in poor condition, must sell fast, inherited property, tired landlord, crappy tenants, etc. The list goes on and on. These are motivated sellers with problem properties.
Believe it or not THOUSANDS homes and sellers have these issues in the US, and THOUSANDS homes are sold every year across the country that are not listed by a Realtor. Lightning Capital House Buyers mission is simple: create value for as many of these motivated sellers as possible by buying their home and helping them MOVE FORWARD to the next stage of their life.
Lightning Capital House Buyers was founded in 2017 in order to buy homes from these folks who don’t want to list with a Realtor. We are not Realtors. We are real estate investors. Since then we have bought, renovated, and sold over 200 homes in Tampa Bay. We’re pretty good at this business.

We buy homes, renovate them, and resell them to retail buyers.
