Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring office efficiency, and supporting staff members.
Duties:
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle payroll processing and employee scheduling
- Assist in budgeting and financial reporting
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and other external contacts
- Oversee front desk operations and phone systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Skills:
- Proven experience in clerical and administrative roles
- Proficiency in file management and record keeping
- Knowledge of budgeting principles
- Experience in medical office management is a plus
