Lili is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing Creative Marketing team.
We are looking for an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to expand our marketing efforts and go where we haven’t been yet. Our ideal candidate is equal parts creative, operational and analytic - having experience building marketing campaigns from the ground up, both brand-awareness driven and acquisition focused, on a variety of platforms and using a variety of media.
About the team:
The Brand Marketing team is responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that will present Lili’s message and product to our growing potential customer base of freelancers.
Team members will work closely with key stakeholders across product, communication, and growth, to deliver our unique messaging, product capacities, and creativity to the US market.
In this role you will:
- Own marketing campaigns in a variety of media (radio, podcasts, social media, out-of-home, broadcast…)
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions.
- Lead the concept, development, production, distribution, and analysis of campaigns.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Brand Marketing Manager
- Experience in B2C marketing, in Fintech, Tech or Software Application
- Track record of successful consumer marketing campaigns, video, static, audio, live events.
- Ability to build strong working relationships, manage projects and lead a cross-functional team through planning and execution processes.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
- Ability to translate an idea into strong visuals and compelling wording.
- Ability to go back and forth between out-the-box and closer-to-the-box
- Experience in User-Generated-Content is preferred.
- Solution-oriented mindset and great problem-solving skills
