Our office requires a new Human Resources Manager!
Directly working under our Head of Human Resources, you will be in charge of the social and administrative tasks of the USA/Canada region, the management of the HR unit as well as the management of our Wellington’s subsidiary.
In this role, you will lead the USA/Canada HR Department, and will mainly be in charge of:
- Management of the HR unit: recruitment, training and supervision of the unit’s members.
- Recruitment: Set the entire recruitment process up, increase and continuously ameliorate current processes.
- Personnel administration: take care of the onboarding process, from entry to exit interview, visa procedures, daily HR management of all employees (On-site employees & Remote employees).
- Payroll: payroll management for all employees and contractors.
- Carry through and support the implementation of a new HRIS.
- Implement and monitor employees’ KPIS.
Job Requirement:
- Previous experience as an “HR Manager” in North America. Positive attitude, strong communication and multitasking skills are necessary qualities to possess in order to thrive in this position!
- Experience in the equestrian industry is a plus!
- Organized, autonomous, flexible, adaptable.
- Bilingual/native level of English & French is required.

Working conditions:
Full-time position: 5 days a week, M-F, 40h/week
- Salary: Base Variable. (Total Salary will be between $60-75K/year, to be determined according to the level of work experience and based on variable results.)
