CAD Technician

Job Requirements:

1. Education and Experience: A degree or diploma in Mechanical / Structural detailing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience working with CAD software in a construction or steel fabrication setting.

2. Proficiency in CAD Software: Expertise in using industry-standard CAD software such as AutoCAD, , with a strong understanding of 2D modeling, drafting, and design principles.

3. Technical Knowledge: Sound knowledge of mechanical construction and steel fabrication processes, including familiarity with industry codes, standards, and best practices.

4. Collaboration Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams, including engineers, architects, and project managers, to translate design requirements into accurate CAD models.

5. Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in CAD drawings.

6. Time Management: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
