We do it through various avenues of testosterone replacement, peptides, wave therapies, and many other ancillary products to help men feel their best!

SUMMARY:

Our company is looking for a full time Patient Experience Coordinator to help usgrow our clinic in Papillion, Nebraska. Assist in creating the ultimate patient experience! This role is crossed trained in our front and back office support. Full training to assist the front desk team as well at the patient experience team. This person must be outgoing, charismatic, and personable with patients,have previous sales experience, and able to multi-task. Insurance and billing experience are preferred, but not required. Be a part of a rewarding team that is making a difference in men's health.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and build lasting relationships with them
  • Maximize clinic flow and efficiency through scheduling and effective communication
  • Contact new leads and schedule their first appointment. Supply the patient with all informationneeded for their first visit to the clinic
  • Always greet patients by their first name and accurately check them in for their appointment
  • Ensure that patients are roomed in a timely manner, and if need be, triage and room the patient if the clinical staff is busy with other patients
  • Become an expert in our products and offerings and serve as a go to source for patients who need more information. Able to discuss and explain all services offered in clinic
  • Willing to learn all functions of insurance and billing
  • Meet face to face with new and existing patients to discuss the process of the treatment program and the financials involved
  • Collaborate with the clinical staff to ensure every patient visit is a positive experience
  • Ability to work with computer programs such as ECW, Hubspot, and Quest
  • Ensure that all patients are following the program set in place and follow up with them if deviation occurs as well as missed payments
  • Order medication for patients using clinic protocols
  • Able to create and follow up on tasks in a timely manner. Must be organized and efficient with time
  • Must be a professional who drives a positive culture and patient first mentality as well as champions the Limitless brand

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain inventory counts of supplements and other office supplies. Stock the front beverage station and communicate to the clinic supervisor any supply needs
  • Must have understanding of the daily workflow of the entire clinic and understand how each role influences the other throughout each visit. Effective communication skills between the PRC, PEM, and Clinical Staff are a must
  • Preparing the rooms at the beginning of each day to ensure that TV’s and blood pressure machines are on. May assist clinical staff with other tasks to ensure that rooms are cleaned, stocked, and ready for the day
  • Assist the Patient Experience Manager in the follow up process of patients that have missed appointments or have not been in within an acceptable amount of time
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
