This employee increases revenue by responding to incoming and/or initiating outgoing customer inquiries; using company resources, policies, and procedures to provide complete, accurate data.
- Ensure patient contact is handled with accuracy and operational effectiveness
- Promote products, thoroughly explaining product and/or services, benefits, and assisting with facilitating physician communication as necessary
- Resolve customer concerns
- Record customer information by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data
- Provide customer follow-up as required
- Contribute to departmental objectives through tracked contact and sales results
Requirements
- Prior health care and/or medical experience preferred
- Must be able to type at least 25-30 wpm
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required
