Duties:
- Make outbound calls to customers to provide assistance and support.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
