The Lincoln Group has partnered with a client in the facilities services industry in search of an Interim HR Business Partner to join their team on a direct-hire basis! The ideal candidate will be an independent critical thinker with high attention to detail that thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability team. They will be responsible for the execution of HR policies, initiatives, and programs that support organizational strategy while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Work Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days in-office
Compensation: $31.25 - $40.87/hour
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
- Ability to build trust and maintain a high level of confidentiality. Demonstrated honesty and integrity. Ability to interact professionally, positively, and respectfully with tact and discretion in all situations.
- Serves as a change agent to evolve the HR team into a strategic business partner.
- Partners with the HR team to ensure consistent and fair application of policies and regulations across the business and provide training as needed, must remain up to date on regulation changes or additions.
- Supports execution of Human Resource strategic priorities in partnership with the full HR team.
- Supports HRIS maintenance and data integrity to assist with HR Reporting and Analytics.
- Develop and implement opportunities to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion activities.
- Assists with internal communications efforts and assists with creating and maintaining a central communications platform. Ensures consistent and accurate communication.
- Leads or supports HR projects.
- Serves as a cultural example and upholds the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
- With the direction of the HR Director, execute HR policies and procedures for the organization and proactively recommend new policies and procedures as needed.
- Ensures employees and managers have tools to live the company values by serving as an expert on internal processes and procedures.
- Coach, guide, and partner with employees and managers for general HR inquiries, employee engagement, recognition, training, employee relations, benefits, and compensation.
- Assists with the communication and administration of compensation and benefits programs and assists with leave management and open enrollment.
- Assist with managing immigration relationships and efforts to support the seasonal workforce.
- Supports Talent Acquisition efforts to attract, retain, and promote talent while sponsoring a positive employer brand.
- Assists with the management of vendor partnerships for swag, collateral materials, and uniforms.
- Supports onboarding and offboarding of new and exiting employees, including pre-employment processes, orientation, and onboarding.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND ABILITIES:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of HR experience or high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 7 years of HR experience.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish language required.
- HRCI or SHRM certification preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset and ability to make decisions quickly.
- Thorough understanding of US employment laws and local regulations.
- Strong partnership and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders with a curiosity to understand the business.
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and acceptable MVR.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or have 3 years of driving history.
- Computer proficiency with HRIS experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to think critically, change directions quickly, and work at a fast pace.
- Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performance team dynamic that builds company culture.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
