What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Professional position at Lincoln Investment?
A veteran Lincoln Investment Financial Advisor with a large book of business in the local K-12 403(b) market on Long Island is looking to partner with someone to help continue to grow the practice that has been built over the last 15 years.
A base income and existing clients will be provided. This is also a unique new client prospecting opportunity in a terrific niche market.
Lincoln Investment, founded in 1968, is an independent broker-dealer and Registered Investment Adviser with over 1,000 FPs and over $46 billion of assets under management.
Qualified candidates will:
- Display the ability to be a self-starter/entrepreneur and demonstrate skill with relationships and the key competencies required to be a successful FP
- Have the ability to generate leads; set and hold productive meetings; present and implement solutions; and be proactive in providing ongoing client support and service
- Be an established, consummate professional always, both internally with our team and externally with the public
- Provide clients with a full range of investment and insurance solutions
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 year of financial services sales experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to prospect for and service clients digitally
- FINRA Series 7/66 or 6/63/65 registrations
- NY state insurance license
