Candidate needs to be a positive team member who can establish a professional and respectful rapport with students, parents, staff and community. Strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task and work collaboratively with team members are required. Take initiative when necessary. Knowledge of Synergy, WFM, Excel, Docushare and Google docs. is preferred. Responsible for registrar duties, attendance, maintenance of student files/records, correspondence, data entry, and other duties as assigned. Requirements: Must be able to work independently, have strong organizational skills, oral/written communication skills, word processing and data entry skills, HS diploma or GED. Secretarial experience in a school setting preferred.
