Weekend RN or LPN Supervisor Needed for a Newly Renovated 190-bed Skilled Nursing Facility!
Schedule: 7:00am- 7:00pm (every other weekend requirement)

Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight and direction to clinical team of assigned unit.
- Make rounds with physicians, as necessary.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, staff and medical team
- Review care plans daily to confirm that appropriate care is being rendered.
- Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
- Other special projects and duties, as assigned.
Here's what's needed to join this team:
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN or LPN in RI.
- Minimum 5 years nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home or other healthcare setting and a minimum 1-year experience as a nurse supervisor.
- Strong communication skills, professionalism and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
- Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers.
- Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
- Note: Primary Series of COVID-19 vaccination required
