Linde Services Inc. is currently seeking a talented professional to become our Account Manager for Western States, to include CA, UT, AZ, NV, OR, and WA located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA office. This seasoned individual has proven record of success by using their expert knowledge in sales and marketing.
Job Overview:
Responsible for maintaining existing business while driving growth in the assigned geographic region. Grow sales revenues and profits while exceeding sales targets within the assigned geographic area.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers at current and potential customers
- Develop plans for each account including short term and long-term goals, strategies, and pricing
- Develop and negotiate proposals for the supply of nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen and/or other industrial services to refinery, chemical, pipeline and related sectors
- Deliver profitable growth and operating profit consistent with LSI's overall objectives
- Support and market organization's service offerings to current and potential customers
- Focus on forecasting, prospecting, and new business development
- Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
- Collaborate within entire Linde organization for maximum results
- Forecasting, prospecting, and new business development tracking in CRM
- Represents Linde Services in a professional manner at all times
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 5 years Sales experience
- Familiarity within refining, chemical, natural gas, pipeline and or related industries preferred
- Engineering Degree a plus
- Computer skills, Word, Power Point, Excel, CRM
- Presentation skills
- Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients
- Advanced motivational and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay Range: $86,625 - $127,050
