Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a JDE Trainor to join our team located in Bethlehem, PA OR work from home near Bethlehem, PA. This JDE Trainer will be responsible for all aspects of JDE Training for our retail stores, call centers, territory managers, administration teams, plants and distribution hubs.
Responsibilities
- Develop high quality UPKs, videos and job aids for all workgroups, and continually monitor and track training development to ensure all content is current.
- Deliver effective in class and virtual led training to new and existing employees
- LMS assignments based on JDE security role set up
- Tracking of training requests
- Contributes to resolution of JDE issues.
- Assist with JDE program testing to ensure passing results without negative impact to any other applications
- Update applicable UPKs and other training content, and effectively communicate change.
- Contribute to JDE improvements throughout the US and Canada.
- Participates in OTC improvement and productivity initiatives
o Development of training content.
- Communication of best practice or process changes
- Maintain all email address groups to ensure that they are current, using weekly new hire/term and monthly employee lists.
- Manage Sharewaves sites for (1) training team and (2) BPI site for all employees
o Effectively maintain BPI site to ensure that it is current and easily accessible to end users
- Ensure that all employee inquiries are responded to via the JDE-BPI news box, including assisting JDE users with access and navigation of JDE. Works with end users to help them improve their knowledge of the JDE applications
- Other duties as assigned
College degree preferred
- Very experienced employee with deep knowledge of business operations.
- JDE experience required
- Strong leadership and project management skills. Strong communication skills. Well organized and a Team Player; ability to collaborate across functions
- Highly proficient in desktop PC use and other technology (printers, networking)
- Willing to travel as needed – 25% of time
