LA brings together artists, editors, and storytellers into one hyper-collaborative team specializing in crafting iconic 360º campaigns. LA is seeking a Sr. Creative Director to lead a team of Art Directors, Designers, Finishers, Copywriters, Sketch Artists, and Illustrators in the creation of print campaigns for high-profile entertainment clients. You will lead, mentor, and collaborate with the strongest creative team in the industry in our quest to create the best art for every project. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Creative Leadership: Create high quality creative work that exceeds client expectations
  • Oversee a team of creatives, including mentoring and managing team members
  • Manage multiple creative projects from kick-off to finish including concept, design, development, and execution
  • Supervise the work of internal and external design teams
  • Partner with the account team to accomplish client needs
  • Lead creative photoshoots, both in house and externally  
  • Manage communication with clients and expand relationships with existing clients 

What You’ll Bring:

  • 10 years of experience as a productive leader managing a close-knit team
  • 10 years of experience working with relevant entertainment clients 
  • 5 years of experience managing a team of creatives as a CD at a similar/comparable agency 
  • Experience and ability to interact/maintain relationships with clients
  • Well-versed in recent major entertainment campaigns and key art trends as well as expertise in photography, typography, design
  • Expert level of skill/experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Ability to follow the strictest of security and confidentiality measures

  • The starting base compensation range for this position in the selected city is $165,000-$236,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, location, prior experience, and education.

  • Collaborative activities:
    • Engage in occasional standing and walking during brainstorming sessions, team meetings, and collaborative work with other departments or clients.
  • Material handling:
    • Occasionally required to lift and/or move design materials, presentations, or equipment weighing up to 10 pounds.
